Description
Noble, handmade ceramic from Apulia, Italy.
Originally used as a storage vessel, it also looks decorative as a vase. Simple design and glaze with a light color gradient.
Imprinting and signs of wear are characterized by the authenticity of this supply vessel.
The tradition of pottery is always faithful in grottage.
The ivory -colored vessels with monochrome ivory -colored glazes were widespread, especially on cylindrical storage vessels, in which vegetables were inserted into oil and vinegar or fishing in salt. This “Robba Bianca”, called bright, cheerful ceramics, is the noblest of the “Ceramica Rustica”, with the tin -containing glaze and also the most expensive.
