Description
This is a handsome bronze sculpture of a polo player on his horse galloping towards the ball at high speed, from the last quarter of the 20th century. It is cast by the traditional lost wax otherwise known as cire perdue process. The attention to detail throughout the piece is second to none and the figure stands upon an attractive marble base. It is signed indistinctly at the base. The sculpture is in excellent condition. Dimensions are in cm: Height 66 x Width 58 x Depth 26. Total weight is 18.6 kg.
