Description
Scornice mirror designed by Nanda Vigo for Glas Italia is a series of mirrors with frame motifs and satin decorations on the transparent surface that repeat the reflections of the glass.
Fernanda Enrica Leonia Vigo, known as Nanda Vigo, was an Italian designer.
Nanda Vigo, Mitteleuropean born in MILAN, artistic high school in MILAN, graduated from the Institute Politecnique of Lausanne, tryng in S.Francisco. from 1959 she began to exhibit her works in galleries and museums, in Europe and in Italy (more than 500 collective and personal exhibitions). She has been part of the Zero Group, the Aktuel Group and the Bern Light and Bewegung Group and has collaborated with Gi Ponti, with Lucio Fontana and in partnership with Piero Manzoni.
Glas Italia, founded in Brianza in 1972, produces crystal doors, partitions and furniture, thanks to the centenary experience of the family glassworks and an inexhaustible passion for glass.
