Description
You will note the apocryphal marks on these candlesticks which appear to us to be from the 19th century, probably models inspired by the Renaissance. They are made of bronze, the figures have wings. They are finely chiselled and beautifully executed. They have their original patina.
There is some wear and tear on the gilding, some rubbing and scratching, some verdigris, a small deformation on the neck and a partially erased inscription on one of the candleholders at the base. These candlesticks remain in generally good condition.
