Important incense burner, bronze and cloisonn, late 19th century
Very beautiful old incense burner in cloisonn bronze, made up of a basin where incense was placed and its openwork lid which allowed the incense to escape, buffer under its base.
Superb work of cloisonn enamels. On the lid representing a fo dog or temple guardian.
Very good general condition, the fo hammer is held by a screw through the cover.
