Description
Bistro table from the art deco period 1930 France.
The table has a beautifully shaped cast iron base on which Fischel also stands.

Just a fun fact.
Fischel was founded in 1871 by Czech-born David Gabriel Fischel, a successful vegetable oil merchant, using first-hand knowledge from his eldest son who had worked in one of Thonet’s Czech factories. First production took place in Germany in Niemes,
Deproduction moved to France in Alsace and sales offices were opened in most major French cities as Fischel became a major furniture manufacturer.
