Ultra Sleek Danish Modern salt and pepper Shakers. Form meets function. Grete Prytz Kittelsen (1917 – 2010) Designed enamelware for Cathrineholm. The Salt and Pepper shakers is an early 1960s joint venture between three factories; the Norwegian Cathrineholm, Danish Lyngby Porcelain and Lundtofte steel AB. Lundtofte steel already did a production of the atomic shaped design by Lone Sachs back in the 50s and Lyngby had the ability to produce the porcelain bottom with the classic Lotus pattern from Cathrineholm. Porcelain Bottom; Lyngby Porcelain Pattern: Cathrineholm Norway Steel caps and Plastic plugs: Danish Lone Sachs for A&B Lundtofte Steel Denmark. A set in excellent condition with the orginal stoppers. Scandinavian Kitchenalia. Futuristic minimalism design – Perfect for use and display. No chips, cracks or repairs.
