Very young he made his debut for the Saturday insert of the Gazzetta del Popolo, and in the same years he collaborated with several magazines as an illustrator. In 1968 he created Mr. Manager’s comic strip for Rinascita, but following the magazine’s refusal to publish it because he was too politicized, the strip landed in the magazines Ca Bal and Eureka, to which it also contributed self-contained tables. Later he worked as a satirist with Italian and European magazines. For his irreverent and merciless style he was compared to Jules Feiffer.
