Description
We are delighted to offer for auction this lovely Vintage Liberty’s London camel with aged leather on hand carved wood.
This piece was made and sold during the 1940’s and 50’s for the wealthy children that shopped at Liberty’s and for its age, still in very good condition. The realistic camel presented a nice and original leather rich colour as well as giving a very well-made wood carved sculpture. Which is why the piece shows such realistic features. It also has its original glass eyes.
