Description
This alcohol bottle made by Jean Rivier, a renowned artist who died in 2017, is a real treasure. Husband of Juliette Drel, Rivier succeeded in creating this unique piece in white glazed ceramic with shades of blue, adorned with a magnificent decoration radiating a sun, which testifies to his undeniable talent. With its original handle and rope, it can be hung, adding a decorative touch to any space. Although the rope shows signs of dirt, it in no way indicates the exceptional condition of the gourd, which has no cracks or grains. Measuring 30 cm in height, including the cap, this rare object wonderfully illustrates the quality of the earth of the time and the incomparable know-how of Jean Rivier.
