Description
“Oil On Cardboard Young Girl with A Pitcher Late 19th Century Undergrowth Barbizon” This oil on cardboard is from the end of the 19th century, probably a Barbizonian work. There is a lot of light on the young girl who carries a jug, a nice rendering in the face. Obviously the hand of an artist, no doubt, given the quality of the rendering in the foliage, in the light. We find a name on the back, “Karl Schneider Mnchen”, probably the supplier of the cardboard. There is writing on the back of the cardboard, but we cannot read it, we remain attentive for any information. The work has not been cleaned or restored, it is still in acceptable condition, it is surrounded by a pretty original frame with stuccoed gilded baguette. Note various frictions and wear, a small lack next to the bottom of the dress. For the condition, please detail the photos. Do not hesitate to zoom in. The photos are an integral part of the .
