Tillbergs with diploma work Idyll (1931).The member of Art Academy since 1945.Solo exhibitions: Talsi, Riga (1973, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1989), Ventspils (1974, 1979), Valdemarpils (1977), Kuldiga (1980).Artist painted figurative compositions, landscapes and portraits. He worked also in monumental painting six paintings in Valgales district (1934) and altar painting to the Talsu leprosarium church.
